Hi,

I recently got myself a laptop but I have noticed one problem. By default, the pictures, videos and music is all stored in the C: drive. However, I would like to keep those files on my harddrive instead of the ssd. If I open explorer, my music and videos on the "this pc" overview to the left are changed so that the locations are changed to new folders in my D: drive. However, microsoft onedrive has control over my documents ad pictures tabs on "this pc". I would like to link my pictures with the shortcut on "this pc", but it wont work as the shortcut is somehow reserved for onedrive.

Thanks for the feedback.

Right click the library (pictures, etc) and go to Properties. In the Location tab, you can direct the library to a folder of your choosing.

Have you tried breaking the link before changing the location?

Moved to Windows.

Can you change the location now? You can link the drive again afterwards.
