Computer freezes at Startup

Hello everyone,

So what happens is every now and then when I start my computer, it becomes partially frozen at desktop. I can open start menu but none of the sub menus, I can click icons on the task bar and nothing opens, I cannot do anything until I just press the restart button on the cpu and let it restart. The GPU monitor for R9 380x starts at startup and when i click it or do anything else to it, it becomes not responding. This has started to occur more and more frequently now. Any ideas what could be causing it? And my build is only 2 months old at best so I can't figure out what could be the problem.

remove the 390, use 1 stick of ram, remove the hard drive, and unplug the dvd drive, then try and boot
