usb problems

First of sorry for my bad english and my bad grammar.

Secondly i have a problem that i need help with.

I have a problem that keeps coming back.

My computer won't detect usb devices that i connect.

 

Unless i have them connected at startup.

 

But those that are connected at startup wont work if i unplug and reconnect them when the problem occurs.

When that happens and i try to reboot the computer i will always get a blue screen telling me Driver Power state failure.

And after some TIME the computer will reboot.

 

When that is done the usb devices will work perfectly.

But the problem always returns after some time.

I know its a driver issue but i just can't seem to fix it.

Please help me.

Sorry about that this is my first post.
I will keep that in mind in future.
About installing the drivers correctly.

Yes i'm sure that i didn't make any mistakes there.
