If that is in USD, then you should look at a 950ti.

No, it won't. And the 950Ti doesn't exist.

my bad, could have swore there was a 950ti.. anycase, go with just a normal 950 then. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487159 Unless you can save up another 50 bucks and get a 4gb version of the RX480.

Or he could wait for the RX 470 which should be a 380X for $150~
