so guys, my cousing asked me to help him build a new pc, but he has a really low budget like 350ish usd (only amazon), i already told him to save his old hdd, ram and case, so he need everything else; i also recommended him to go for an AMD build since the new gpus are on the way, so guys could you help me get a good build for him? and thanks to all in advance, he will be playing blizz games like OW, WOW and SC, also some valve games and what not

I'd increase the budget first tbh, 350$ for a PSU, MOBO, CPU and GPU? And the new GPU's are still pretty expensive for that price range.

 | CPU: AMD FX 8350 + H100i | GPU: AMD R9 290X + NZXT Kraken | RAM: HyperX Beast 2033 16GB | PSU: EVGA G2 | MOBO: ASRock 970M |

| CASE: Corsair Carbide 88R |STORAGE: 1x WD Black | KEYBOARD: Corsair K70 | MOUSE: R.A.T 9 |

SOMETIMES LOSING THE BATTLE, MEANS YOU CAN WIN THE WAR
