1. Budget & Location

Located in the UK so prices in £GBP. Budget is around £560 Maximum.

2. Aim

General gaming, not looking to play everything on Ultra just 1080p medium/high settings build.

3. Monitors

One monitor needed in the price, will also be connecting to my TV so 10m HDMI cable needed too.

4. Peripherals

Need a keyboard but no mouse, as mentioned above one monitor, nothing fancy as would only really use it for Windows stuff, will leave gaming to my TV.

No Windows needed, same goes for HDD as I have both.

5. Why are you upgrading?

First build in a good number of years since precious PC died.

6, Extra Info

Will also need a 10m Ethernet cable to connect to my router.

Finally looking for a mATX build as not much space.

Build I have so far:

CPU: i5 4590

Motherboard: ASRock B85M PRO 4

Memory: 1x8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz

Storage: 120GB SSD

GPU: EVGA GTX 960 SSC

Case: Zalman ZM-T4

PSU: EVAG 500W B500

Keyboard: I-Rocks K10

Don't really want a Skylake build as honestly can't find anywhere to get parts in my price range but if anyone finds prices to the contrary I'd be fine seeing them.

Try and push for an RX 480 or something. For a bit extra it will be worth it.

With a 480 you can get a 400w PSU instead as well.
