Hi guys

so i llike my Wireless controller very much, i use it for games like the Division, Batman Arkham Knight, Shadow of Mordor etc. but i've been having this one problem........... it keeps switching off when i play Arkham Knight. it doesnt do this fo no other game except for that one? it turns off, i turn it back on, few seconds later it switches off again. i thought maybe the RB button is affecting it? but i use that button to activate a skill in the division and it doesn't cut off then.

does anybody have a possible reason for this? i am really enjoying Arkham Knight but i find it much easier playing on controller rather than KBM.

Might sound stupid but batteries dying?

Doesn't explain it happening in one game and not others, but it could be coincidental that your batteries are always dying when you're playing Batman?

I sometimes have an issue with my controller randomly turning off due to a certain movement causing the battery pack to become dislodged.

Could this be happening?

Hope this helps :)

thanks for the Input man. but its a new set of batteries. i get the problems in Arkham knight, then i go play the division and absolutely no problems at all. my battery pack doesnt become dislodged although that was my first thought, so i played with one finger holding battery pack firmly in place just in case that was the issue and it still happens

This happens to me too, install the older set of drivers for the receiver, it seems to fix the issue for me.
