Cougar AIO Cooler?

Cougar announced their new Panzer Max along with its smaller sibling, the Panzer.

I am definitely going to wait out for the smaller panzer for my PC build, but I also noticed something interesting in the images.  On some of them, you can see a AIO Liquid CPU Cooler with a Cougar logo.  I don't normally follow these events, so I was wondering if this means Cougar is going to release a liquid cooler, or if sometimes companies like to throw their branding on other products inside their case.  

 

Does anyone recognize the AIO's design or is it special made?  If it is special made, does that normally guarantee that it will be released?

 

Obviously, if the AIO is terrible I will find another one, but as long as it's decent, I'd love to have a cougar CPU Cooler since I love their other products.

Looks like its an asetek  om with the cougar logo to me. They make lets of those for system build er and such.

True..  Looks like a Corsair gtx with a different badge...  Don't know who makes them for Corsair. 

 

Edit: Asetek makes them for Corsair. So still an asetek unit it seems
