for gaming, which cpu is best fx 6300, fx 8350 or i5 6500? and is the i5 6500 the only one that can do DDR4 RAM? Is DDR4 RAM worth it?

i5-6500 blows the fx-6300 and 8350 out of the water. Even the fx9590.

is it worth it to get the i5 6600 rather than the 6500? what about the 6600k? whats the main difference between them?

GHz, Overclockability.

Thats it, If you want to overclock, get a Z170 based motherboard and the 6600k. The i5-6600 has only a small difference between the 6500. If budgets what your after, get the cheapest of the three

No. I'd say go with the 6500 if you don't want to overclock or worry about overclocking and the 6600k if you want a better value for a longer term investment.
