So I have been having this problem for awhile and I don't know what to do. My Graphics Card's drivers keep giving me a black screen and then recovers, but If i'm in a game it will exit out. How do I fix this? I have tried UnInstalling the drivers and reinstalling them but that doesnt seem to work... What do I do? Thank you for the help.

I was just making sure you did with DDU.

Do it over the phone and insist on advanced RMA

You will regret it otherwise.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

I've been having this problem with the last 5 or so Nvidia drivers crashing and recovering every time I try to watch a flash video in firefox or chrome (like HBO/hulu/etc). I can only use Edge without issues. I never had it crash or act weird in games though (unlike you). Anyway, no matter how many times I re-intalled the drivers (w/ DDU) it kept happening but only with flash fullscreen, nothing else. I figure it's a bug in the drivers (been there for months and with every new version it never got fixed). Not sure if it's the same problem for you though. The first step is re-intall drivers and set clocks back to stock. if that takes care of it it might just be an unstable OC, I don't think that was my issue though since stress and clock did not effect the crashes.

Having issues with a Corsair AIO? Possible fix here:

Spoiler

Are you getting weird fan behavior, speed fluctuations, and/or other issues with Link?

Are you running AIDA64, HWinfo, CAM, or HWmonitor? (ASUS suite & other monitoring software often have the same issue.)

Corsair Link has problems with some monitoring software so you may have to change some settings to get them to work smoothly.

-For AIDA64: First make sure you have the newest update installed, then, go to Preferences>Stability and make sure the "Corsair Link sensor support" box is checked and make sure the "Asetek LC sensor support" box is UNchecked.

-For HWinfo: manually disable all monitoring of the AIO sensors/components.

-For others: Disable any monitoring of Corsair AIO sensors.

That should fix the fan issue for some Corsair AIOs (H80i GT/v2, H110i GTX/H115i, H100i GTX and others made by Asetek). The problem is bad coding in Link that fights for AIO control with other programs. You can test if this worked by setting the fan speed in Link to 100%, if it doesn't fluctuate you are set and can change the curve to whatever. If that doesn't work or you're still having other issues then you probably still have a monitoring software interfering with the AIO/Link communications, find what it is and disable it.

What do you mean

Gigabyte is not the greatest when it comes to customer satisfaction for warranty service..

At least with advanced RMA you dont end up waiting 5 months.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Im sorry but im confused what am I supposed to do?

Call them

Tell them about the issue

Do what they ask you to do to troubleshoot

When that inevitably fails they will tell you to RMA

Instead of doing it normally insist on advanced RMA.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

What is advanced RMA

They freeze the value of the product on your credit card

They ship the replacement

Then you ship the faulty card

When they get it they release the funds

You have to ship within 2 weeks of starting the process or you are fined $90

Otherwise you may end up waiting months.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

I had a similar problem recently with a 970. either the heat issue ( cpu location &surrounding ) or driver update i installed addressed  the problem..... only thing we have in common is a gigabyte board.

however, I see a lot of "free" stuff listed above. are you sure none of that is defective?
