Software to check health of SSD's in RAID

Hey, I've got 2 kingston SSD's of 128 GB each in my pc, configured in RAID 0 using the utility of my MOBO (Asrock Fatal1ty 990FX Pro) and have been using them quite heavily over the past few years. Which is why it's probably a good idea to go ahead and check for the health of those disks. But of course normal software doesn't work, because they're configured in RAID. Does anyone know what software I can use?

HWInfo64 shows 1 of my 2 RAID drives. Nothing else:

I bought them both at the same time though so that's good enough for me. Thanks guys! :)
