Okay I think this solved it.

How do you link to a subfolder, making a portable link? (word 2010)

 

Example

 

I have a report in documents report.doc

and in documents i have a folder called Pictures

 

So i want to make a portable link to "Pictures" \Documents\Pictures" 

 

But word won't accept the link?
