Live in Europe so I don't mind shipping in I'm looking at making a pic for gaming and CAD work need a monitor included have no idea what I want yet was looking at an i5 or i7 and the rx 480 but I don't know any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated

Should mention budget is €1000 I'd like to keep it on the cheaper side if possible maybe max 1200€

i5 + rx 480 and a monitor should be well within your budget. even i7 if you spend wisely (cant go too crazy with the monitor). What sort of aesthetic are you looking for? and what size/kind of monitor do you need?

Sorry it took so long to reply em for size a I don't mind too much 16"+ maybe. 1080p hopefully

Is the Xeon a good cpu? It's benchmarks look good but is it good for gaming and designing ?

yes, performance is equal to an i7 but without an iGPU.

Ah and since I'll be getting the rx480 it doesn't make a difference
