Well, looks like there's no space for me to install the pump right under the res. So wjat do guys recommend me doing? Or is it still possible for me to install the pump right under the res? Thanks!! :)

 

Also, if I install the pump under the res, will there be enough space for me to install a gtx 1080 founders edition? :) (without the cooler so it will be thinner)

That wouldn't work you still need fitting between the pump and res which currently has zero space, you would be better off if you wanted it all together to have a pump/res combo unit.

Yea true. Well looks like I have to either buy a combo or mount it at another place! Thanks :)

If everything was perfectly aligned and you could space some room you could have a rotary male to male fitting to connect the two together:

There is a low profile version but it doesn't allow for adjustment like the rotary one so it can potentially have the pump and res units two mis-aligned in terms of positioning them:
