I have recently been getting quite a lot of boot failures, especially if I do not turn off the socket or unplug the computer after turning it off and before turning it on.

I don't know what is causing this, which is why I am asking here. A list of things that could have something to do with this/help to give you an idea:

- Boot drive: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD (60GB left)

- RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x8GB 2400MHz DDR3

- Mobo: Gigabyte B150M D3H DDR3

- PSU: XFX XTR 750W 80+Gold
