How to reduce OBS lag.

I'm recording on an Intel Core i7-4700MQ 4 core 8 thread Around 3 GHz.

 

It's super laggy and I am trying to find a way to reduce this horrendous lag. I need basic instructions because I just installed OBS about 30 min ago, so I am getting used to it.

Sorry for all the noise was recording with laptop mic. Which is right next to fan.
