Operating Systems Start New Topic is missing?

Go to solution Solved by LogicalDrm,

It was faded out during forum update. Its either windows or everything else. And don't worry about posting if you are unsure where it fits. Mods will move posts to more fitting subforums.

Maybe I am just stupid, or maybe is just the panic of being in the middle of my final exams...

But anyways, I was just going to start a new topic in the Operating Systems section and there is not the Start new Topic button?

Is it somewhereelse then usual? Or it is just me? Or is it a bug?

Just reiterating this from a moderator's standpoint. We did separate the two into their own respective sub-forum which I have mixed feelings about, but if you want to create a topic, click one of those sub-forums and you should see the button appear.

If you're ever unsure of where it belongs(and trust me, it happens a fair bit with topics often falling into multiple categories at the same time), you can typically post it in General Discussion, and report it to us, and allow us to make the decision. Typically, we will not give warnings for posting in the wrong sub-forum unless it happens on a regular basis, and we'll usually start off with a PM first.
