CPU Upgrade?

If you're happy with your current performance, then I don't see the need to upgrade.

i mean it is alright, it slows down from time to time and i feel like it would help me out. but idk if a better cpu is going to change much at all

If you're talking about games, what slows you down is probably your graphics card. 750 Ti is not bad for a budget gamer, don't get me wrong, but it can slow down in some very demanding games. Unless you're talking about desktop/web browsking slow downs, then it could be the CPU.

Yea, games are average for the gpu, but sometimes when web browsing or doing things of that nature it takes a little longer, would a ssd solve some of my problems?

Sure, a good SSD always helps a lot, your OS will boot a lot faster, as well as any software you put on an SSD. Still, I wouldn't say that SSD will solve EVERYTHING, but if you can get one for a decent price, it's really worth it.
