PS3 controller stick not calibrated?

Hi,

I've been using PS3 controllers through XInput on my computer for a while using custom drivers, but recently one of my controllers has been acting very odd. The left stick doesn't seem to be moving as it should relative to how I push it. Moving it up and down works fine, but pushing it right results in an XInput signal of down-right, and left gives up-left. My other controllers don't seem to do this so it's not a problem with the driver itself. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
