You need to state your location and currency, when asking for build help.  Also what is the purpose of the build.... gaming, editing, drafting, programming, a combination of things?  Would you like to overclock your CPU?  Need to post a bit more background info....

The extra $100 is the mouse, you can get a mouse with very similar performance for a lot cheaper.

Are you interested in overclocking at all? if so, ShadowTech's suggested build looks pretty solid, but if you're not and you're only intersted in gaming, you could certainly shave a few bucks off that build, or reallocate funds in it for other parts.

I was just about to ask the very same question. When people suggest builds here, they always assume that OP is going to overclock.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600, MOBO: MSI Tomahawk B450, RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 3000 (2x8 GB), GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Gaming-X Trio, CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S, PSU: Corsair RM 650, HDD: WD Blue 1TB, SSD: Samsung 860 ECO 500GB, CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C

If you're not overclocking, i recommend this(heatsink's optional) wait for non-reference gtx 1080s to be restocked.
