"Active" is a flag that your BIOS checks to see whether there is an OS installed on the drive. To get rid of the icon, you'll have to change the Explorer preferences to show hidden files (and possibly system files too) and delete Autorun.inf from the root directory. Or just format the partition.

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:

i have searched for autorun.inf but i didn't find it i even enable the hidden files on everything but i didn't find it in C drive which my windows installed

Each drive has it's own file. You should be look for it in D:

The *only* way you can have a custom icon on any drive is if the ico file and a properly formatted autorun.inf file are stored *on that drive* (specifically this is on a partition basis). If you are having trouble finding this file, then you can format the partition to definitely get rid of it. Note that once you do get rid of the file, you may need to log out of Windows and back in (or restart the computer) for it to update.

i format it and restart nothing happends you know what i get sick of this i don't care now it just an icon right ?
