U.S. modding services?

I'll admit it, I'm a bit of a weiner when it comes to chopping things up, so I'd rather leave it to someone with experience! Are there any people/companies in the U.S. that provide modding/cabling/other such services? Essentially what I'm looking for is to have a non-modular power supplies cables shortened to length and sleeved to provide better cable management and aesthetics in an upcoming build I'm planning. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
