Opengl32.dll error

Every time i tried running Ansys on my pc an error poped up saying that AnsysWBU.exe has stopped working. I looked in to the event viewer and found that opengl32.dll is causing the crash. I tried installing various versions of ansys but i keep getting the same error. I even did a clean install of windows 10 but the problen persists. Here is what i have found in the event viewer :

Typical access violaton. Is there another version of this program, 32/64 bit? Also did you try compatibility mode for other OSes?
