Best OBS Settings?

Today i was playing some H1Z1 King of the kill and i wanted to record it for my youtube channel, however with obs i noticed where theres a lot of action etc going on the game becomes pixelated, can anyone help me find the best 1080p settings to use My specs are - AMD FX-6300 / GTX 750 ti / 8gb DDR3 1866mhz ram. Or any help with settings to adjust in the game if needed would be fine :) thanks!

It should help you pick good settings :)
