Laptop SSD Install gone wrong

Today I installed a m.2 Samsung 850 evo SSD into my Lenovo ideapad y700 laptop. I then cloned my hdd into my SSD and restarted the pc. Now when I login all sorts of error messages are popping up and the screen is flashing and flickering.

What to do?

What to do?

Move data to separate drive, reinstall Windows. Cloning often introduces multiple problems...
