I have been considering upgrading to 1440p since the Pascal Series card have came out. Right now I game on a 24 inch 1920x1080 60hz monitor with a GTX 770 and im not really bugged by low hertz monitors. I plan on getting a GTX1070 soon and this card seems capable so far in the benchmarks of gaming at 1440p maxed settings at 60hz+. So that means im looking for a new 1440p monitor and I have been looking around, Budget is no more than $350, and it would be very nice if I could find something that's above 60hz and 27 inch. In till i saw the prices of the G-sync 144hz Panels that are $500+ which is out of the question completely. This is the monitor of interest I have found  https://www.amazon.com/PB277Q-2560x1440-Care-27-Screen-Monitor/dp/B01EN3Z7QQ Its a 27 inch 1440p Monitor 1ms response time TN Panel @75hertz. This seems to be 90% of what im looking for, at least a 27 Inch panel with a low response time with a refresh rate above 60hz preferably at my price point, heck I might be able to overclock this to 85hz. To be honest I wouldn't even need a 144 hz panel because in most benchmarks the 1070 doesn't even push out more than 75 hertz at 1440p in games. So I was wondering what you guys through about this monitor or if you recommend any other monitors that will suit my needs.

Something I have noticed about that ASUS pb277q https://www.amazon.com/PB277Q-2560x1440-Care-27-Screen-Monitor/dp/B01EN3Z7QQ  I cannot find any reviews on this monitor, it almost seems to good to be true 1440p @75hz, wouldent you think alot of people would buy it? I see 90% of the people looking for a 1440p monitor buy this https://www.amazon.com/Acer-G257HU-smidpx-25-Inch-Widescreen/dp/B00QS0AKVK/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1466742612&sr=1-1&keywords=1440+monitor which is up for consideration if I can't find any reviews on the PB277Q, instead of taking a risk and maybe getting a crappy ASUS monitor that does not work or does not do 75hz. What are your suggestions on what I should do, go for the ASUS PB277Q or go for well reviewed ACER g257HU?

Asus make some pretty quality stuff across the board, and Amazon has a great return policy if there is any issues. Looks like a good step up to 1440p if you are OK with the refresh rate / lack of g-sync. Personally, I am in love with g-sync since getting my XB270HU. When i first turned it on, I felt like it wasnt a big difference but when I accidentally turned it off one time it was night and day. If you can I'd recommend waiting until you can get gsync and/or a higher refresh rate monitor. but if not this seems like a decent compromise.
