ssd won't boot

Since you have a samsung sdd id recomend using it

hello,

 

i just bought ssd samsung and my old one that i used is kingston right now after cloning and all this work i got this https://s32.postimg.org/c7n13vsmd/Ashampoo_Snap_2016_06_22_04h39m21s_007_DMDisk_Vie.png

 

as you can see i got only 110Gb free and my samsung is 500Gb and 300 in uncolacted and i extend the size of my samsung and get it like this

 

Ashampoo_Snap_2016_06_22_14h16m53s_001_D

 

 

 

so now How i can delete my drive C and make my drive A which is the samsung my primary for booting and everything so i can format my old ssd ,

 

please help me and thanks

it didn't work for me when i openthe software for the first time he didn't ask me if i want to clone or anything he just show me the main menu and  i can't do anything with this
