Question about RAM

Go to solution Solved by Oshino Shinobu,

Yes and no. Without going into much (or any) detail, mixing RAM is never certain to work. You can try it. If it works, great. If not, just use the 2x4GB sticks.

I have ran mixed RAM (speed/size/timings/brands) in every one of my PCs and have never had a problem. I'm not saying it cant happen, but in my own experience it hasn't.

Currently running KLEVV 2x4GB 1600 with RAMAXEL 2x2GB 1333 with no issues. CPUz shows 12GB running in dual channel.
