Sli bridge size?

hello i have just bought a second evga 980ti sc+ and my mobo is msi z170 krait what size evga sli bridge would i need? or sli bridge in general

on topic: most mobos (i think its the mobo?) come with those hideous flexy SLI bridges.

yeah only problem i have no idea where mine is and i want a good looking one

i had a reply but had to edit because I posted wrong link and don't remember where I saw them correct one, however, the new cards I think have a different pci-e bridge .. something to do with bandwidth... maybe??

Given how the MSi Z170 Krait's PCI-E X16 3.0 slots are spaced apart, most likely need the "long" 2-way SLI Bridge.

To be 110% sure, measure the distance between the two white / sliver PCI-E X16 slots on your motherboard.

 

EDIT: According to MSi's diagram (they have their own "fancy" SLI Brdige as well), yes, you will need a "long" (60mm spacing) 2-way SLI Bridge.
