Windows 10 installer question

Hi, i'd like to reinstall windows and i have the installer open right now, but Im not sure if it will move everything into a windows.old folder when i tick "delete everything", because last time I ticked it there was a windows.old folder.

I'd like to move the files i need form windows.old into the other folders i need. Thanks in advance!
