Fan Placement

Guys if i have a air cooler on my cpu is it recommended for me to put 2 140mm top exhaust fans.

 

My case is a 200r

No point removing the rear fan. You'll just leave an open hole where air can freely enter/exit.

Can I control the Corsair Sp series think to go that way

The fans blow one way. If you want them,to blow the other way, flip the fan around.
