Amplify vocals

I have a video with a part with really quiet vocals any idea on how to boost it.Without messing up everything else

You could try to EQ the vocals higher, although, doing that will also highten the instruments in the same frequency range.

Human vocals will usually fall between 500 HZ and 1500 Hz. 

There will be a lot of trial and error involved.

The procedure consists of applying a band-pass filter on the original audio with the passband set so only the vocals make it trough. (Or as close as possible). Finding the exact frequencies for your audio will require some trial and error.

 

The obtained signal is then mixed with the original again, effectively boosting that part of the signal.

 

Both operations can be done with audacity afaik.

No human can hear in the MHz range.
