Macropad?

Is there such thing as a number pad sized keyboard that only has programmable macros? I want to get a cheap one ($30 or under) instead of getting a new keyboard.

those are unfortunately "gamer" and do not come cheap,

you could try using LUA macros in combination with AHK with basically any cheap numpad
