Shadowplay causing BSOD? Anyone else experience this?

I have gotten 2 bsod's while gaming within the last 2 days while having shadowplay on. I do not crash or get bsod when I have shadowplay off.

Anyone else experience this or know a fix?

Agreed. I can't upgrade because each time I try my GPU just disappears. Also OCing went out the windows on newer drivers

Since I've made this post I've played bf4 straight with no crashes with shadowplay on. Pretty certain shadowplay was the culprit.
