Get better monitor? I mean are you sure you will be satisfied with 22 inch?

drop the 2x 970s get a 1080 or 1070 (depending on how much u can afford )

you could change the hard drives for hybrid drives if you don't know what that is they are a balance between a hardrive's storage and an ssd's speed while having a relatively cheap cost. There is a possibility that the huge motherboard wont fit into the mid case and to me liquid cooling is a bit overkill unless you need a quiet pc other than that all of it seems good.

I tell you what, set a budget and preference (SLI, how many monitor setup, going to overclock heavily etc.) then others can take it from there.
