Need big help - Windows boot problem

So all of the sudden today, I tried booting up windows and I can no longer boot into my lockscreen. I have no idea how to fix this, but I have tested my video card and it is fine, I cannot boot into safemode, I have tried booting into low resolution mode etc. I desperately need to save my files so any help and I will praise you forever, thanks in advance.
This is what I'm seeing.

Yes, this was my absolute last resort, I wanted to see if there is anything I could do before that, but in these situations I suppose there is not much else. It sure does suck when these things happen so suddenly/unexpectedly.

Well, I was able to find a system restore point from 2 days ago and restored successfully.
I'm pretty sure this was caused by me being an idiot and messing with themes and ui's.
Thanks for your help.
