Bios Update Woes

Hello

I am building a budget gaming PC for a friend, and am updating the bios on the motherboard I am using to cut out a point of failure. I am using a phoenix Bios, and have the xeon microcode files, but when I use cbrom195 through the command prompt, it displays phoenix 2001 to 2007, but nothing else. I have waited half an hour at this point. Am I doing it wrong? (I am following the guide on delidded.com)
