Doesn't matter, 3.0 GPUs are compatible with 2.0.

Though, something no one mentioned is the Inspiron 660 is a mini tower, make sure the GPU will fit and DONT get a 750Ti.

You can get an R9 380 mini and a new PSU for $250 USD

RX 480 would be mucho better

Wouldnt take this guys advice on anything. Before he was saying how nvidia was greedy and over priced and now is saying o buy nvidia. Clear signs say hes just a troll. As for a low end card amd has been known to have better cards for cheap compared to nvidia.
