GTX 980ti question

This is my current build from a few year ago. 
Am I able to use gtx 980ti with this build ? 
Can I put the card in and use it right away or do i need to use diffrent wire for te gtx 980?

how bad of bottleneck will itcost? my 8320 is already OC. would i really need the AIO if i want to run it with the 980ti smoothly ?

Hard to say.  If it's already OCed you probably won't notice too much, but that depends on what you play.  You'll probably be fine, for now.  If you start to notice it too much then get the AIO and OC more, or just go with a Haswell i5 CPU+mobo.
