First PC

Was thinking of building a PC with the following parts (attached in picture) let me know what you guys think? i plan on playing titles such as rainbow 6 siege and battlefield 4 at 1920 x 1080 60 fps, may put in a 1070 instead if my budget permits, prices in SGD

i have a 4690k and a 970 and run them games at ultra 60fps, that build will be fine if you intend to play them games but i would get a 1070 if your budget allows you to

p.s i play at 2560x1080

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW
