Does it worth 650 euros?? Will I do my work fine without any lags at 1080p??(Autodesk programms and many other design programms) Will this machine work with Stereo Monitor??

No you can get a lot better for 650 in modern parts that will perform way better go to pcpartpicker.com and build your computer there and a good GPU that coming out is the RX 480 and seen a few $500 builds with it.
