looking at buying the NZXT H440 because it isn't that bad of a price but there is many people saying that it is a very hot case to run things in.

I am going to be running a i7 6700k with either the Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2 or the EK Predator 240.

Am I going to cook all my parts because of the lack of ventilation?

Nope. Air flow dependent cards like the Msi 390/x or Strix 980 Ti might starve a lil for fresh air since all the intake is on the front.

Personally I don't like that case. if i need more drives, the airflow in the case will topple if I don't spend more for high rpm high airflow fans. Then, noise might be an issue.

But it definitely won't cook your PC.

If you're getting it for silence, I've had good results with an r5 keeping everything cool with added bottom intake. While I was case hunting last year, there were reports of high wattage, air cooled cards like the 980ti hitting 80C in the H440.

Your mileage may vary though depending on your setup.

I had the H440 for a while before selling on, but I had no serious issues with heat. Sure, it will be a few degrees above a case with better ventilation but that's obvious. There is no danger of anything over heating or cooking. I've never heard of a case do this actually, not to the extent things will actually overheat and break! That said, I would suggest getting some better case fans, as the ones included aren't all that great, so best to invest in some higher static pressure ones either for front or top (and rear) depending where you put your AIO.

The H100i fans are fine yes. There aren't any 'bad' choices per se for this or any case... it's just always going to run that little bit warmer, but not to the detriment of any component.
