WD Green working temperature

Hello,

 

I want to know what is the safe temps for WD Green 2TB

my hard drive goes to 41 somtimes

is that normal ?

Well, this is a budget i3 build 

There are just the intel stock fan and the psu fan

So no there are no airflow on the drive

Operating Range is 0-60C per WD spec here (Keep in mind WD Green got merged into the Blue lineup). I would not want to go over 50C though.

For the other drives, I'm seeing 55C as the max...I would still want to stay under 50C.

Then yes, that temperature is normal.
