Second screen going black

So recently I switched from HDMI to DisplayPort on my two AOC I2369Vm displays but one of them keeps going black. It's like the connector comes out as all of the windows on my second screen get ported over to the primary screen. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it just drivers? My GPU is a GTX 980Ti from EVGA.
