and also sometimes chrome and 'my pc' doesnt open and i have to restart my pc to get it working again. do you know if there is any fix for that? @suchamoneypit

im not exactly sure what your problem really is or what your doing, but to launch chrome just click the start button, type in chrome, and click the button that comes up (if chrome is installed). What do you mean by "my PC"? Are you talking about the file explorer?

@suchamoneypit and then when i restart my computer it doesnt fully shut down my fans still keep spinning until i hard shut down it

it will do that for a bit before it fully shuts down. What are your GPU + CPU temperatures (look at using something like MSI afterburner)? Could possibly be overheating so the fans are running an extended time to cool down the parts.

@suchamoneypit yes file explorer and google chrome dont start and i have to restart my computer to get it to start again

Im not sure what do there other than uninstalling-reinstalling chrome. Im not sure how chrome handles bookmarks/settings so you might lose those if you have them and aren't using them through a google account.
