So I turned on my PC but it turned to the install Windows screen cause I accidentally plugged a flash drive with a Windows 10 Iso on it. So I though whatever, not a problem, so I turned my PC off and unplugged the flash drive. Now it says no operating system found and to press control alt Delete to restart. Is there a difference between this and no boot drive found because I've gotten the no boot drive error before but never this.

Interesting. It could have corrupted your OS but it was just for a very short period of time.

I dont really know, never happened to me but 1st I would go into boot menu in BIOS and check what's going on in there and if it shows all my drives.

Then probably turned of my PC, unplugged all the drives but the one with OS and turn my PC back on to see if it helps. If so,then I would plug the drives back in as it was before :)

the installation most likely made changes to the bootloader, this can be solved by using the same usb drive and selecting repair instead of install

You should probably check in BIOS that your boot drive is the top of the boot priority list.

What are the other things in the boot priority list?
