clock speed and ram issues

I have 24gb of DDr3 installed and my CPU is overclocked to 4.4GHz but when i go to system info i shows 12gb of ram and a max clock of 5.9GHZ. but when i look in the bios or a program like CPUZ it shows the correct info. has anyone had this problem? should i be worried about anything regarding this? i just noticed this issue the other day, and it has not caused any real problems but its still kind weird.

I have the latest bios update and have even done a recovery on windows trying to fix this.

Open task manager and see what it says under performance for Memory. Does it register all 24gb?

remove and reinstall the memory and see if it resolves itself, might just be a seating issue

Glad it fixed your ram problem, check in your bios that the base clock is set to 100 not 133, if it's 133 that ramps up your 4.4 to about 5.9
