Hyper x cloud 2 issues

I've had many problems with this headset and I've tried to look up a solution to these problems and nothing number 1 problem mic does not work at all ever since I moved to win 10 2nd I can only hear from one ear I littertly have to bend the cable a certen way holding it with my hand if I want to hear from both ears it just seems this headset is just breaking down by the second but I won't give up on it yet any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the USB dongle that came with it?

Try to just plug the headset in directly. I've had ice had the dongle fuck up my pair.

I could try it to see if my mic works by doing that but the one ear problem probably won't be fixed by that since I conect it into my iPad and I can only hear through one ear.

I tried plugging them in directly like you said and it doesn't work,

It's dead Jim, RMA'em, that cable is broken. Change them for a working pair if you can.
