BF3 keeps deleting itself?

So about a week ago i had to reinstall BF3 because like 50% of the game files where missing. i had no clue how this happened considering I played the game a few days before and i didn't touch anything but I lost half of the files. now it has happened again. My BF3 install currently looks like this...

I have no clue where 90% of the files went to all i have right now is the DLC content. keep in mind i have Crysis 3 and BF1942 installed and they both work 100% fine even if i change the game directory and go back to the previous one the games can find all of the files no problem. BF3 just keeps loosing its files.
