Fitment question

I own a DCII GTX 770 and I plan on switching from 250D to Air 240. Now the air 240 max CPU cooler limit is 120mm, thus GPU limit is the same and my GPU is 130mm I believe. But on a 250D CPU cooler height limit is 95mm and my GPU fits in there... so what gives, will this fit or not.
